Shipping and Returns
My Guaranteed Shipping Wasn't Delivered on Time
  Please call us immediately at 704-301-3189 if your order was not delivered on time IF YOUR PURCHASED A GUARANTEED DELIVERY SHIPPING METHOD. Free, Flat Rate/Discounted and Ground Shipping do not have guaranteed delivery dates.
Please remember that orders received after 1pm ET Weekdays will be shipped the next business day. Saturday/Sunday are excluded from business day transportation or delivery date calculations.
If your order was shipped to a medical facility, the order is considered delivered when it arrives at the medical facility. Please contact the mailroom or front desk of the medical facility once the package has arrived at the facility. HIPAA rules prohibit delivery personnel to go directly to patient rooms, therefore, the medical facility personnel is responsible for transporting the package from it's delivery location to the patient room. It is best to inform a patient or patient advocate to be expecting a delivery.
Shipping to a Medical Facility
  We use USPS or UPS as shipping carriers and packages are typically delivered to a mailroom within the medical facility. Once the package arrives at the mailroom, it is usually delivered to the patient's room via a hospital volunteer. This process can be immediate or sometimes take 1-2 days depending on volunteer schedules and availability. If you are unsure of the length of the patient's hospital stay, we highly recommend either shipping to a residential address or using a guaranteed shipping method of USPS Priority EXPRESS or UPS AIR 1-2 day delivery since no other shipping methods have a guaranteed delivery. Signature Required does not expedite or ensure a delivery date. Please refer to the FAQ The Patient Was Discharged Prior To Receiving the gift for more information regarding medical facility shipments. Please make sure you are sending the package by the correct delivery method in order to avoid delivery delays and additional shipping fees. We do not contact Medical Facilities.

  • Just Dont Send Flowers or any USPS or UPS shipping services cannot guarantee delivery dates due to inclimate weather, natural disasters or Acts of God that may risk the welfare of the delivery agent. Ice storms, wildfires, volacanos and other natural elements may delay shipping in rare occasions. 
  • Free Priority Shipping Benefits apply to all Product Codes except those beginning with "GBDS". Free Shipping applies only to eligible items that are all being shipped to the SAME ADDRESS and the Total Spend (After any discounts) is $100 or greater.
  • PRIORITY SHIPPING will be sent via USPS Priority 2-5 Biz Day Shipping where allowable by the USPS. USPS Priority Mail Approx shipping method does not guarantee delivery dates or have a money-back guarantee . Only Shipping Methods that state "GUARANTEED" or 1 Day Delivery have a guaranteed arrival date. Discounted & Free Priority Shipping do not have a guaranteed arrival date. Orders placed after 1pm ET weekdays are not guaranteed to arrive the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.
  • If you are shipping to a medical facility, we can only guarantee that the item arrives to the facility. SOME MEDICAL FACILITIES DO NOT RECEIVE PACKAGES ON WEEKENDS so please verify with the hospital if a weekend delivery is needed. Please contact the shipping/mailroom of the medical facility for questions regarding delivery to the patient. If unsure regarding the length of the stay at the medical facility it is usually best to ship to a residential address. Medical Facilities must deliver the gift to the patient from mailroom and we will not contact the medical facility.
  • Refunds for the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee may be issued if the gift is returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not arrange for package returns. Packages with refused delivery or undeliverable addresses are also subject to 20% restocking fee.
  • If you have made a mistake on the shipping address or the recipient has moved, we can gladly make a change to the delivery address if the package is still enroute. You will only be charged for the service fee charged by the shipper but the cost generally ranges from $15-$35 depending on the redirection of the package. Call us immediately at 704.301.3189 during our business hours to make any redirection changes. Returned packages are also subject to re-delivery fees charged by the shipper. Please make every effort to time your package delivery carefully or if you are unsure, please send to a home address where someone will be receiving so the patient will receive their gift quickly. It is best to inform in-patients of when to expect deliveries since mailrooms and/or hospital personnel are responsible for the delivery to the hospital room.
  • Items shipping via USPS can be combined into one shipment unless otherwise noted by items that must be shipped separately by UPS. The exclusions are product codes beginning with "GBDS".
  • Orders received before 1pm weekdays usually ship same day. Orders received after 1pm ET may ship the next business day.
  • We currently ship only to the Continental United States and payment billing address must also use a Continental US address.
