What is your refund policy?
Just Dont Send Flowers, Get Well Stuff or any of our shipping services cannot guarantee delivery dates due to inclement weather, natural disasters or Acts of God that may risk the welfare of the delivery agent. Ice storms, wildfires, volcanos, flooding and other natural elements may delay shipping in rare occasions.
Refunds for the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee may be issued if the gift is returned to us in tact within 30 days of delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not arrange for package returns. Packages with refused delivery or undeliverable addresses are also subject to 20% restocking fee. We do not issue refunds for gifts delivered to a hospital when the patient has been released. Please remember that the package is considered delivered when it arrives at the medical facility. Some facilities may take 1-3 additional days to take a gift to the patient room.
Unfortunately we cannot redirect packages once the package has been shipped.
We currently ship only to the Contiguous United States and payment billing address must also use a Continental US address.
