Free Shipping applies only to Residential Addresses and requires a spend of $125 or more. All Nearly Natural Floral gifts ship separately and FREE.
Just Dont Send Flowers or any USPS or UPS shipping services cannot guarantee delivery dates due to inclement weather, natural disasters or Acts of God that may risk the welfare of the delivery agent. Ice storms, wildfires, volcanos, flooding, social unrest, contagion outbreaks and other natural elements may delay shipping in rare occasions. There are no money back guarantees for delayed shipments beyond the carriers control.
Orders usually ship within 1 BUSINESS day from placing the order. Orders received by 3:30pm ET usually ship the business day. Orders received after 4:00pm ET may ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Delivery Dates are not necessarily guaranteed by shippers during the COVID19 Pandemic or Social Unrest but Air Shipping is prioritized. Some carriers in some areas are experiencing delays beyond their control. All carriers have suspended money back guaranteed delivery dates.
Refunds for the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee may be issued if the gift is returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not arrange for package returns. Packages with refused delivery, unsigned/unclaimed delivery or undeliverable addresses are also subject to 20% restocking fee so please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone will sign for the package.
If you have made a mistake on the shipping address or the recipient has moved, we can gladly make a change to the delivery address if the package is still enroute for UPS Services. You will only be charged for the service fee charged by the shipper but the cost generally ranges from $15-$35 depending on the redirection of the package. Call us immediately at 704.301.3189 during our business hours to make any redirection changes. We cannot make any redirection changes outside of business hours.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. JDSF is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification. Address changes cannot be processed outside of business hours.
Although we typically process and ship our gifts within 1 business day of receiving your order, unfortunately there are some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS or USPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date. If time is of the essence, we recommend selecting a shipping method to arrive two days ahead of your desired delivery date, otherwise, Air Shipping is faster than Ground, Priority or Economy shipping methods.
We currently ship only to the Continental United States.

We always try to match the general color and effect of the other items included in the gift and stay as closely aligned as possible to the photo when inventory permits.
