CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 Advisory - In an effort to minimize traffic and ease the responsibilities of healthcare workers, we have decided to halt all deliveries to hospitals and medical facilities to allow all workers to focus on healthcare rather than package delivery. We will continue to be able to ship to residential addresses and Just Dont Send Flowers as well as our delivery services (UPS and USPS) continue to take the upmost care and precautions will all deliveries.

Just Dont Send Flowers or any USPS or UPS shipping services cannot guarantee delivery dates due to inclimate weather, natural disasters or Acts of God that may risk the welfare of the delivery agent. Ice storms, wildfires, volcanos, flooding, contagion outbreaks and other natural elements may delay shipping in rare occasions.

Orders received after 12pm ET weekdays may ship the next business day. Orders shipped with Economy, Discount, Priority Mail or Free Shipping are not guaranteed to ship within 1 business day of placing the order and do not carry a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery dates are estimated only for Economy, Discount, Priority and Free Shipping.  If you need a certain delivery date, please select a guaranteed 1 Day or 2 Day UPS delivery or Priority Mail EXPRESS option. Closed on weekends & holidays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. Weekends are not considered in transit time. 

Free shipping applies to most orders of $150 or more shipping to a RESIDENTIAL Address only. 

If shipping to a medical facility it is the customer responsibility to understand the shipping policy of the delivery address.  Many hospitals do not accept packages on weekends. A gift is considered delivered when it reaches the medical facility but keep in mind that it may take additional days for the hospital workers to deliver the gift to the patient's room so it is imperative for the customer to understand the medical facility receiving policy and also the length of stay for the patient. We cannot track a package once it has been delivered to a medical facility. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds for the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee may be issued if the gift is returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not arrange for package returns. Packages with refused delivery or undeliverable addresses are also subject to 20% restocking fee.
If you have made a mistake on the shipping address or the recipient has moved, we can gladly make a change to the delivery address if the package is still enroute. You will only be charged for the service fee charged by the shipper but the cost generally ranges from $15-$35 depending on the redirection of the package. Call us immediately at 704.301.3189 during our business hours to make any redirection changes.

We currently ship only to the Continental United States.
