Shipping /Returns Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to require signature upon delivery for ANY order. Order totals of $150 or more will or shipping to a non-residential address will require signature upon delivery.
Refunds for the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee may be issued if the gift is returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not arrange for package returns. Packages with refused delivery, unsigned/unclaimed delivery or undeliverable addresses or incorrect names are also subject to 20% restocking fee so please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone will sign for the package.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. JDSF is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. We cannot redirect packages after the package has been shipped.
Although we typically process and ship our gifts within 1 business day of receiving your order, unfortunately there are some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of carrier. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date. If time is of the essence, we recommend selecting a shipping method to arrive two days ahead of your desired delivery date, otherwise, Air Shipping is faster than Ground, Priority or Economy shipping methods.
We do not ship to Canada. We currently ship only to the contiguous United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Occasionally we may reserve the right to make substitutions of color and/or general look and feel of an item when options are not specified. We always try to match the general color and effect of the other items included in the gift and stay as closely aligned as possible to the photo when inventory permits.
