Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Just Don’t Send Flowers, we understand that many of our gifts are sent during important moments when timing matters. We work hard to prepare and ship orders quickly, and we want you to have clear expectations before placing your order.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Dates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout after entering a complete and valid delivery address.
Most orders ship within 1 business day after the order is placed with a correct shipping address. All shipping options and rates available for your address will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Date Guarantees
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is selected.
Only Next Business Day Air shipping includes a carrier money-back guarantee if the delivery date is missed. During the holiday season, only UPS Next Business Day Air service is guaranteed.
2-Day, Ground, Priority, Flat Rate, and Free Shipping options provide estimated delivery dates only and do not include a money-back guarantee for carrier delays.
While we process orders quickly, weather events, natural disasters, carrier delays, unsafe delivery conditions, and circumstances beyond carrier control may occasionally impact delivery times. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by events outside of our control.
If your gift is needed for a specific date or special occasion, we recommend choosing a shipping option estimated to arrive at least 2 days before your desired delivery date.
Hospital, Medical Facility & Temporary Residence Deliveries
Please use extra care when shipping gifts to hospitals, medical facilities, hotels, campgrounds, or other temporary locations.
These locations may have special delivery rules, patient discharge dates, mailroom procedures, or restrictions on accepting packages.
All gifts shipped to hospitals, medical facilities, or temporary residences require a signature upon delivery and must be shipped using an Air delivery method.
Before placing your order, please confirm:

The facility accepts packages for the recipient

The recipient will still be there when the gift arrives

The shipping address, department, room number, or delivery instructions are correct
Delivery is considered complete when the package is received and signed for by the facility — not when it reaches the patient’s room.
Just Don’t Send Flowers does not coordinate internal delivery within hospitals or facilities. If tracking shows your gift was delivered to the facility but the patient has not received it, please contact the facility’s mailroom, front desk, or receiving department directly.
We are unable to refund or replace gifts that were successfully delivered to a facility but were not distributed internally to the recipient.
Delivered Packages, Mailrooms & Missing Packages
We want every gift to arrive safely and understand how upsetting it can be when a package cannot be located.
Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Just Don’t Send Flowers is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
This includes packages delivered to:

Front porches or doorsteps

Apartment or community mailrooms
-
Reception desks
-
Businesses
-
Hospitals or facilities
-
Other shared delivery locations
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, reception desks, mailrooms, or the carrier directly. Many packages are located shortly after delivery.
We are always happy to provide tracking information to help locate your shipment.
Incorrect Addresses, Refused Packages & Returned Gifts
Customers are responsible for reviewing all shipping information before submitting an order and again in the order confirmation email.
Just Don’t Send Flowers is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to:

Incorrect shipping addresses

Missing apartment, suite, room, or facility information

Incorrect recipient names

Refused deliveries

Unsigned or unclaimed packages
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that a package can be redirected.
If a gift is returned to us, a refund may be issued for the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for arranging any return shipping.
Signature Requirements
We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for any order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
